Martin Skidmore C for Change CD Single
C for Change by Martin Skidmore aka "Bloody Itch"
C for Change is a song about positive changing attitudes in society towards disability and refers to Martin Luther King and Barack Obama and others who have made a real difference.
Martin is drummer and songwriter and first got interested in music at the age of 9. He has contributed to the lyrics, baseline and tune of the song, which was recorded earlier this year at the Orpheus Centre*, with the help of Herbie Flowers of T Rex and others.
"Bloody Itch" is a play on Martin's favourite Drummer Buddie Rich, and his stagename was created by his friends at the Orpheus Centre.
