Fundraising - It's a Piece of Cake!
30 June 2010
Enham is inviting local businesses and community groups to help to raise much needed funds for our work whilst at the same time eating cake and having a cuppa, it really is as simple as that!
Why not hold a tea party or a coffee morning, but don’t forget that ‘Piece of Cake’! It’s a simple and fun way for people to raise money. Everyone loves a ‘Piece of Cake’ and a cuppa. You can combine your fundraising activities by holding a ‘guess the weight of the cake’ competition or a raffle, the ideas are endless.
What we do
Enham is a disability charity providing services and support for 3,000 disabled people a year throughout the south and central England. We believe that disabled people should be valued as individuals and have greater personal independence and control in every aspect of their lives. This is at the heart of everything we do, whether this is helping people to acquire new skills, gain employment, or to live independently. This support helps disabled people to achieve their full potential and to pursue opportunities beyond what they may have believed to be possible.
Help us reach our target
Enham would be delighted if you would help raise much needed funds for our work by holding a ‘Piece of Cake’ party, so why not help us reach our target of £5,000!
If you would like to run a ‘Piece of Cake’ event, Enham can supply you with everything you need to make your event a success.
