Enham signs the Skills Pledge

21 March 2008

On Tuesday 18th March Linda Matthews, Enham's Head of Learning & Employment attended the House of Commons to sign the Skills Pledge.

The Organisation ERSA made signing the Skills Pledge a condition of membership (of which Enham is a member). The Skills Pledge is a voluntary, public commitment by the leadership of a company or organisation to commit their support to all their employees so that they can develop their basic skills in the workplace.

To demonstrate our organisation's commitment to helping the government join the agendas of skills and welfare-to-work, Enham participated in a mass signing of the Skills Pledge in the Jubilee Room at the House of Commons on Tuesday 18 March. Both David Lammy, the Minister for Skills and Stephen Timms the new Employment and Welfare Reform Minister were in attendance.
