Our high quality housing solutions offer you choices and opportunities to live more independently and to hold a tenancy within your own right. This comes with the added reassurance of dedicated, skilled and experienced staff to assist you with housing-related support and personal care, as well as helping you share in the life of your local community.

Care and Support

You can access support from our Domiciliary Care and Support service wherever you live. This service will work with you to agree the level of input required and how you would like that support to be arranged. For many, there will be funding through the Local Authority and in this case we will liaise closely with you and your care manager. However, some people may wish to purchase care and support privately and we are happy to discuss this option with you.

These support packages are reviewed regularly with you to ensure that they respond to your changing needs, with the view to reducing support gradually as you gain more confidence and build your skills.

Emergency Cover

Enham operates an Out of Hours Service, which currently runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Skilled and trained staff are on call to assist with any emergencies – either visiting you, calling for emergency services or providing telephone support.

Other services for Supported Living Tenants

As a tenant, you may be eligible to access one of our Employment Programmes to help you to get back into the work place and provide you with the skills or training in order to do so. Please visit our learning and working section for further information.

If you have any concerns regarding your tenancy or need someone to speak on your behalf, we will support you to find an advocate and help you in any way we can.
