Pathways to Work
Working with people receiving health-related benefits to find employment or self-employment
Pathways to Work helps people who get an ill-health related benefit find employment. Delivered in partnership with RBLI (Royal British Legion Industries), this programme is designed to equip you with the skills and tools that you need to get into employment or self employment.
Key Benefits of Pathways to Work:
Enham will work with you to help you find the job that you want and support you in the workplace. You will be helped to meet with employers, find your job and settle in.
Direct support will be provided from Enham's highly skilled advisers, including:
- Work focused interviews- to help you plan your journey back to work
- A personal action plan, specifically for you
- Finding the right job - we work with a large number of employers across the South of England
- Advice on writing your C.V., applying for a job and attending your interview
- Support in work to make sure your new job is a success
- Supports you with a comprehensive service to support you in developing your business ideas and successfully establishing yourself in self-employment.
Eligibility:
- To volunteer for Pathways to Work you must be getting a benefit related to ill-health
If you join Pathways To Work your benefits will not be affected. You may be entitled to a Return to Work Credit of £40 weekly (paid by Jobcentre Plus for 52 weeks if you start work and earn less than £15,000 a year).
