Provides individual support to improve your skills and to find and keep a job
Reach out provides access in your Community to an Employment Adviser who will provide you with support and help to improve your future and make the most of yourself. The Reach Out service is provided across the whole of Hampshire.
Key Benefits of Reach Out:
An Employment Adviser will be able to work closely with you for up to 40 weeks to help you improve your skills and to find and keep a job, with individual support tailored to meet your needs. Working alongside you, your Employment Adviser will help you to get ready to take up opportunities for personal development, learning and employment.
When you are ready to look for work, your Employment Adviser will arrange job related training, work experience and work trials. You will also be supported when you start your new job.
Eligibility:
To be eligible you will need to:
- be unemployed, or
- have a disability or a health issue, or
- be a lone parent, or
- be aged 16+, or
- be from an ethnic minority, and
- live in Hampshire
