Enham Industries
We recognise disabled people face a number of barriers to gaining paid employment – misconceptions, confidence issues and lack of support.
Alongside our other services, we own a number of businesses in Hampshire. Our industries operate as commercial enterprises that provide direct employment and training opportunities for disabled people (and non-disabled people).
Our industries have:
-
a commercial focus
-
revenues that help fund the development of our services
-
supportive environments
-
integrated workforces of disabled and non-disabled people
-
training and support opportunities
-
a stepping stone approach to progression
