Enham to Employment
Enham to Employment (e2e) is a programme that helps and supports young people aged 16-18 to gain the skills to enter employment, apprenticeships or full-time education.
Learners are given essential information, advice and guidance to make real life choices on how to move forward, while also making new friends. The programme, which is completely funded by the Young People’s Learning Agency, provides the opportunity to build vocational skills and understand more about employment opportunities.
The programme can run from 8 weeks to 52 weeks depending on the choice of activities/qualifications the young person decides to take undertake.
The following qualifications are available:
- Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT
- Employability Skills –this qualification includes a work placement, cv writing and interview preparation skills
- Substance and Alcohol Misuse
- Sexual Health Awareness
- PX2 – confidence building and an effective thinking qualificationPlus many others
Enham has e2e Centres in Andover, Bordon, Farnborough and Southampton:
Andover, The Lights – Monday-Wednesday 9.30-4pm
Bordon, Hillview Business Centre – Tuesday – Thursday 9.30-4pm
Farnborough, Farnborough Community Centre – Monday- Thursday 9.30-4pm
Southampton, The Marlands Shopping Centre – Monday – Thursday 9.30-4pm
