Fitness and Leisure

 

We are firm believers that fitness plays an important part in learning and developing new skills, as well as being enjoyable (hopefully!), therefore we have a number of weekly activities and periodic projects available, as part of the Development Programme. These include (subject to availability):New age kurling

  • Keep fit (warm up and warm down exercises ending in relaxation)
  • Wheelchair football
  • New Age Kurling
  • Working with wood
  • Sailing

Additionally physiotherapy is included if appropriate, within our clients’ individual weekly timetables.
