Fitness and Leisure
We are firm believers that fitness plays an important part in learning and developing new skills, as well as being enjoyable (hopefully!), therefore we have a number of weekly activities and periodic projects available, as part of the Development Programme. These include (subject to availability):

Keep fit (warm up and warm down exercises ending in relaxation)

Wheelchair football

New Age Kurling

Working with wood

Sailing
Additionally physiotherapy is included if appropriate, within our clients’ individual weekly timetables.
