How we are run
Disabled people are influencing, and being involved in, our strategy and development right from the start.
Making sure all the people we support, our employees, volunteers, and supporters have a voice, and are listened to, is key to the success of our organisation.
Our Trustees
We are led by our Board of Trustees, who are a team of skilled and experienced unpaid volunteers, who are passionate about disabled people living independent lives.
Our Executive Board
Our Chief Executive and Executive Board are responsible for all of the day to day aspects of running our charity and they report to our Board of Trustees. They are proactively seeking out fresh initiatives that help meet the changing needs of disabled people.
Advisory Groups
Decisions taken by our Executive Board and the Trustees are influenced by our two advisory groups: the Advisory Forum on Disability and The Partnership Board.
Patron, President and Vice Presidents
Our current Patron is HRH The Duchess of Gloucester and our President is the Rt Hon Lord (David) Owen. There are 12 Vice Presidents.
The Vice Presidents, Trustees and Members of the Forum have full voting powers at General Meetings of Enham.
