Improve skills and confidence in literacy and numeracy in the workplace 

Skills for Life is a fantastic opportunity for people to improve their Literacy and Numeracy skills and gain a qualification.

Through Skills for Life Enham can deliver a personalised learning programme for people to work towards gaining a National Test Certificate in Literacy or Numeracy.

We are happy to discuss the courses and to discuss encouraging employees to improve their qualifications and skills which will benefit employers and their organisations as a whole by aiding:

Key Benefits of Skills for Life:

Skills for Life enables employers to support their staff in achieving these qualifications in the workplace at no cost.

The courses are tailor-made for each individual and can be delivered on a one to one basis or to small groups.

Employers will have the opportunity to enhance the skills of their staff and as a result enhance confidence and productivity.

Skills for Life can be delivered to any eligible candidate who is in work as a sole trader, in paid employment, or anyone who is working on a voluntary basis.

Eligibility:

• Employees aged 19+
• Skills for Life can be delivered to employees in the workplace and the learning can be embedded into their daily work to ensure that the best support is given
• Employers who have fewer than 50 full time employees may be eligible for a contribution to wage costs incurred while employees are training during normal working hours
