ACE Programme

The ACE programme is activity based and aims to help 14-16 year olds improve some of the practical skills required to move on to work, college or training after leaving school.

Enham supports these young people in the area of:

  • Gardening/Horticulture  

Students create a portfolio of their work whilst on the ACE programme, this evidence is used to gain a range of awards.

Courses are held on a weekly basis, outside of school, and with a mixture of students from different schools. 

Key Benefits of ACE

  • Help can be provided in areas students are finding difficult at school
  • Students have regular contact with a youth learning coordinator and together they agree short and long-term goals to improve their skills
  • Students choose their own activities
  • Students work towards a range of national awards

Eligibility

  • You must be aged between 14-16 and go to school in Andover or District
