Enham provides a range of services to enable people with disabilities or additional needs gain the skills and knowledge they require to make life changes.
Our wide range of services are tailored to suit the needs, abilities and aspirations of each individual. Our professional team has enabled thousands of people to live more independent lives by gaining employment. We are currently funded in a variety of ways to help individuals into work. Some examples of the programmes we run are listed below.
e2e - Enham to Employment
Enham to Employment (e2e) is a programme that helps and supports young people aged 16-18 to gain the skills to enter employment, apprenticeships or full-time education.
R2I - Route to Independence
Route to Independence (R2I) is a dynamic and forward-looking programme for people over 18 with a disability or additional need. R2I will enable you to overcome barriers and ensure you are confident to make life-changing decisions.
S2E - STEP2Employment
STEP2Employment is a residential programme at Enham which delivers a variety of highly successful training and employment experiences to assist you into worthwhile employment. It is aimed at those who have been long-term unemployed due to a disability, often acquired or exacerbated, in a previous job.
Work Choice
Clients within Enham's supported businesses have the support of a Work Choice Advisor who helps them to develop their skills and confidence within their employment and helps them to achieve their employment goals.
Work Programme
The Work Programme is funded by the Department for Work and Pensions and helps people who are currently unemployed to gain sustainable employment.
