Paul Billington – Director of Organisational Development and People Management
Organisational Development is a very new area for Enham and, in the simplest terms, it looks at the system the people at Enham work in and offers assistance to ensure it is as efficient and effective as possible and can support Enham's objectives as a charity.
Paul has studied at various universities in the UK, Spain and USA. He has worked for 25 years in charity sector, for the most part as an Organisational Development specialist. For the last six years, he moved over to the business sector, within corporate communications, corporate social responsibility and corporate ethics.
Paul regards people as the most important part of life – inside and outside of work. Outside of work, his life revolves around his family – a wife, son, four dogs, a harassed cat and three mares.
Victoria Leesam – Director of Property and Sustainability
Victoria's role at Enham is to oversee the Property portfolio and Enham's sustainability strategy. Victoria is currently overseeing the planning application for the village at Enham Alamein, which will give Enham the opportunity to build more choice in terms of new homes, offices and commercial building.
Victoria's background is in building affordable homes and she has worked for a large housing provider in the South West, building more than 120 homes a year. Before this, she ran her own business for 10 years, organising events across the country.
During 2011, Victoria finished building her own home (making use of her degree in 3D design). Although rubbish at remembering the names of plants, Victoria enjoys gardening.
