Gillian Leach
My work with Enham started in the early 1990s when I became a professional adviser to the charity. As a solicitor to Enham, I was in close contact with the organisation, its clients and the staff.
Throughout that time, I have been inspired by seeing the work done at Enham to support disabled people to achieve their potential. I believe that dignity and self-confidence come from being able to achieve your goals and Enham supports disabled people to both aspire and achieve.
Serving on the Board brings responsibility and there are many difficult decisions for us to take, particularly at this time of social and financial challenge, but being a Trustee of Enham is never routine. The rewards of being involved with Enham are immediate, you just need to walk around and meet those who use our services to see the value of what is being achieved.
