Our Trustees

Currently, we have a Board of nine Trustees.

They are responsible for setting Enham's strategic direction and reviewing its operating and financial position. They are also responsible for Enham's system of internal control and its effectiveness.

The Board and Committees

The Board meets at least four times a year, to address major decisions on Enham's future strategy, investment and other policy matters, as well as other topics of Enham-wide importance arising from the committees. The committees meet to deal with specific operational areas, leaving the Board to focus on strategic matters.

The committees are: Audit; Living and Working; Finance and Development; Property and Sustainability; and Nominations and Remuneration.

Each member of our Board is appointed for a specific reason based on his or her experience, contacts and other attributes. We are always looking for potential Trustees who could add new dimensions and fresh insights to our work.
