Payroll and Managed Accounts
Many people use Direct Payments to employ staff to meet their care and support needs. As an employer, you are responsible for ensuring your staff are paid on time and any tax and National Insurance are deducted where applicable.
Managing your money and payroll can be daunting for anyone new to being an employer and unfamiliar with budgeting, administering tax and National Insurance, so Enham offers the following services to make it easier for you.

Payroll
We can manage all aspects of payroll for you – such as registering you as an employer, working out wages, producing payslips, calculating how much tax and National Insurance you need to pay, submitting your end of year returns and more. We can also act as your agent and correspond with HM Revenue and Customs on your behalf.
Our professional and friendly team can also provide you with advice on any payroll issues (for example holiday pay) and help you process new employees and leavers.
Managed Accounts (Third Party Payroll)
Your Direct Payments money can be paid directly into a bank account that is managed by Enham on your behalf. We will check and pay your invoices, and provide you with regular statements.
This service is especially designed for people who may have challenges managing the financial aspect of their Direct Payments.
