Outline Planning Application

Enham has submitted an outline planning application to Test Valley Borough Council in respect of their proposals for Enham Village. 

The plans represent the culmination of over four years work by the Charity, which has involved a number of village consultation events and discussions with Council Officers in both the District and County Council and other third party interests.
