Property Development Update December 2009


Outline Planning Application

Illustration regarding the property development in Enham AlameinEnham has submitted an outline planning application to Test Valley Borough Council in respect of their proposals for Enham Village on 14th December 2009. 

The plans represent the culmination of over four years work by the Charity, which has involved a number of village consultation events and discussions with Council Officers in both the District and County Council and other third party interests.  

It is anticipated that the application will  be registered in early January. Following registration it is understood that it will be possible to view the application material on Test Valley Borough Council’s web site www.testvalley.gov.uk   In addition Enham has printed a number of discs containing the application material. These discs are available for purchase for £1 at the reception desk of the Resource Centre (The Resource Centre, Enham, Enham Place, Enham Alamein, Andover, Hants, SP11 6JS).

Drop-in Sessions

A series of drop in sessions will be held in January, where residents will be able to meet Charity representatives and ask questions:

Venue: Shoosmith Centre, Enham-   Cancelled (due to bad weather)
Date: 8th January 2010
Time: 2pm to 3pm

Venue: Landale Wilson Hall, Enham Alamein
Date: 13th January 2010
Time: 2pm to 6pm

Venue: Shoosmith Centre, Enham
Please note during this session there will two identical presentations, one at 10am and the other at 11am, with the opportunity to ask questions afterwards.
Date: 18th January 2010
Time: 10am to 12noon

Venue: Enham Club Lounge, Enham Alamein village
Please note during this session, there will be a presentation at 7.15pm with the opportunity to ask questions afterwards.
Date: 26th January
Time: 7pm-8pm
