Proposal For New Building At 1A Newbury Road Enham Alamein
The plans shown have been prepared in support of a planning application by the Enham Charity for a new accommodation building at 1a Newbury Road, Enham Alamein. The plans supersede a planning application for this development on a different site at Linlithgow House which were withdrawn.
The proposals seek full planning permission for the demolition of the existing dwelling at 1a Newbury Road and the construction of a new facility which will contain 10 studio flats designed to accommodate Enham Charity clients undertaking vocational training. The building will also contain communal facilities, a staff sleep over room and some ancillary facilities.
