SEED - South Eastern Enterprise Development
South Eastern Enterprise Development (SEED) is a free coaching and mentoring project to help those people who are economically inactive to consider setting up their own business, known as self-employment.
The SEED project is delivered in partnership with Chichester College right across the South East of England.
Our SEED Enterprise Coaches are available to encourage and support self-employment – offering free unlimited mentoring and coaching support to help clients reach their goals.
The SEED project has been designed to support people to explore the possibility of becoming self-employed. To be self-employed or to get a job, a wide range of different skills is needed.
Some people may have acquired these skills through bringing up their family, helping to run a club, voluntary work or babysitting. Some clients may have already considered starting their own business but don’t know where to start or feel unsure about whether they have the right knowledge and skills.
By working with a SEED Enterprise Coach, you can explore the opportunities of self-employment and become your own boss. If needed, your SEED Enterprise Coach would also be available to attend initial meetings with further partners such as Jobcentreplus, Connexions, or Business Link.
