Shaw Trust across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, this programme is designed to equip you with the skills and tools that you need to become self-employed.


Key Benefits of Pathways to Work Self- Employment:

Enham will work with you to help you develop a business plan and cash flow forecast which will enable you to evaluate the prospects financially for running your own business.

Direct support will be provided from Enham's highly skilled Business Advisers, including:

• A personal action plan, specifically for you
• Supporting you with a comprehensive service to help you develop your business ideas and successfully establish yourself in self-employment.

Eligibility:

• You must be claiming a benefit related to ill-health.

If you join Pathways To Work your benefits will not be affected. You may be entitled to a Return to Work Credit of £40 weekly (paid by Jobcentre Plus for 52 weeks if you start work and earn less than £15,000 a year).
