Services getting you into Work
Enham offers learning, training and job advisory services mainly aimed at people with disabilities or long-term health problems, giving them opportunities for worthwhile employment and enabling them to make real choices. Our Employment Services Division, based in Eastleigh, Hampshire, helps thousands of people get off incapacity or health-related benefits and into work every year.
People with disabilities and long-term health issues are often faced with barriers that prevent them from realising their true potential, which Enham understands. We offer seven Employment Programmes, individually tailored to suit the different needs, abilities and aspirations of our clients; easy to access, enjoyable, hugely successful and delivered to the highest quality standards.
These are:
e2e – Entry2employment - for young people looking for jobs
NDDP- New Deal for Disabled People – helps people get back into worthwhile employment
Self-employment Business Ability - helps people set up their own business.
S2e - STEP2Employment - equips people with the vocational skills to get a job.
Nextstep – for those who want to move on from their current job and improve their prospects.
Workprep – for people returning to work after being long-term unemployed.
Workstep - Enham helps remove barriers to finding a job.
