Within Enham's supported businesses, you will have the support of a Work Choice Advisor who helps you to develop your skills and confidence within employment and helps you to remain in a job.

The Work Choice Programme is individually tailored to you, enabling you to adapt the programme to suit your own needs and aspirations.

The Work Choice Advisor also provides information and support regarding all aspects of sustaining employment, this includes:

• accessing training
• developing skills
• employer/employee negotiations
• work ethics
• helping to set and achieve individual employment goals
