Are you returning to work after being long-term unemployed?
If you are looking to return to work after a period of unemployment due to ill health or disability and are experiencing a lack of confidence, Work Preparation from Enham could be the answer.
Enham provides the information, advice and guidance to allow you to decide where to go from here with short courses to prepare you for going back to work.
Lasting six weeks on average and depending on your needs, Enham’s Work Preparation programmes are individually tailored, allowing you to try different types of work, whilst developing or updating key work skills. Afterwards, you should be ready to look for a job or undertake more specific training if required.

• It trains you in key skills such as job searching, communicating and handling stress.
• Your existing benefits are unlikely to be affected and we will pay your travel expenses.
• This is a flexible programme that you and your DEA - Disability Employment Adviser, design specially for you.
• It provides you with a stepping-stone to employment, giving you the chance to get work experience through placements with employers.
Eligibility:
You will need to be aged 18 or over, have a health condition or a disability, and to have been long-term unemployed.
